System layer
Vision & operating models
Ahmed is Myte’s founder and a hands-on systems thinker. He starts with how people actually work—the decisions they make, the knowledge they carry, and the things that get in their way.
Working alongside builders and AI, he connects those realities to product direction, operating models, and software. He moves between the big picture and the details: questioning assumptions, reviewing interfaces, testing behaviour, and refining what does not yet work.
His focus is not simply to make software faster. It is to help people turn their ideas into useful systems they can understand, guide, and own—with context that stays with the work as teams and tools change.
