By accessing or using MYTE, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
These Terms are available in English and French. For users in Quebec, the laws of Quebec apply alongside applicable Canadian federal law.
MYTE is a platform and managed service for designing, building, and operating governed custom operating models. It connects business context, rules, workflows, evidence, communications, and software delivery. The service is cloud-hosted. Some features route Customer Content through the OpenAI API to generate a requested result. Retrieval uses stored snapshots and embeddings; context can become stale if not refreshed. Some features are experimental or in beta.
MYTE uses AI as an accelerant within human-governed delivery. Builders, domain experts, and authorized collaborators can review, approve, implement, and maintain the work while preserving its context and evidence. These Terms cover MYTE's technology and delivery services; investment, fundraising, and corporate advisory services are outside their scope unless separately agreed in writing.
We turn the intent, context, and rules you provide into work on your mission board. Workspace content is not public by default. Access depends on organization and project permissions, authorized collaborators, and service delivery needs. We retain this content so we can display it to you, continue the work, and maintain its decisions and evidence. This does not mean every processing step stays on MYTE infrastructure.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. We do not verify age by ID; by using the service you confirm you are 18+. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Your ideas and Customer Content remain yours. We do not turn your project ideas or Customer Content into products of our own. The service license above does not authorize that use or let us retain a separate copy for MYTE product improvement without your separate, explicit permission.
You may separately choose to contribute specific data or feedback to improve MYTE's human-governed tools from planning through delivery and operation. Before that use, we agree on the data, specific purpose, permitted access, retention period, and deletion arrangements. Using MYTE or accepting these Terms is not permission for this optional use. Declining does not remove access to the core service, and contributing does not transfer ownership or opt your content into provider model training.
Contact info@mytegroup.com to agree on a contribution or withdraw permission. We record the agreed scope and stop future optional use when you withdraw. You may request deletion of the contributed copy, subject to the Privacy Policy's disclosed retention limits. Withdrawal does not itself delete workspace content or records still needed for your service. Required service, security, accounting, and legal records remain subject to the Privacy Policy.
You may write code by hand or use coding agents of your choice with context you are authorized to export. The MYTE framework is intended to keep requirements, rules, approvals, and evidence connected to the work. External tools have their own terms and data practices; their compatibility and compliance with your rules are not automatic. Exporting context does not enforce MYTE's controls inside another tool.
Use the available download and export tools to take your content elsewhere. There is not currently one self-service export for every data type. Contact info@mytegroup.com for additional copies, subject to verification of your identity, authority, and other people's rights.
Project-scoped API keys are tied to a single project with one active key at a time. You must keep keys confidential, respect the fixed 6 requests/hour/key limit, and rotate/revoke keys that may be compromised. Abuse (e.g., scraping, evasion, unauthorized use) may result in rate limiting, suspension, or termination. Raw keys are shown once; we store hashed prefixes/fingerprints and usage telemetry.
Audio uploaded for transcription may be sent to OpenAI to produce a transcript. We retain transcripts used in your work and may retain audio as needed for processing, the feature, reliability, and security. Provider processing is subject to the disclosures below and in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload sensitive regulated data without a separate agreement.
Retrieval uses stored content, embeddings, and snapshots you supply. Outputs depend on available context and may be incomplete if snapshots are missing or stale. AI outputs are non-deterministic and bounded by model context windows; review results before relying on them. Some features still use the OpenAI API for codebase retrieval and analysis, software quality control, and other AI-assisted tasks. These features may send prompts, selected code, retrieved context, and other required content to OpenAI. Provider retention depends on the endpoint, feature, and applicable configuration; we do not promise that all processing is local or that providers retain no data. See OpenAI's data-control documentation and our Privacy Policy. MYTE retains inputs, outputs, decisions, approvals, and evidence as needed to provide, secure, and govern the service. We do not opt Customer Content into provider model training or train proprietary foundation models on it.
OpenAI is the default inference provider for workspaces. The proposal's inference configuration governs its linked project and workspace. Regional storage does not by itself guarantee regional processing. Text-generation requests disable response storage; Modified Abuse Monitoring and this request setting do not guarantee that all provider records are deleted. Endpoint-specific controls and the Privacy Policy apply.
Myte AI runs on private, MYTE-managed inference infrastructure. Access is restricted to explicitly authorized organizations working directly with Myte Group, not offered as a general self-service option. Unsupported capabilities may be unavailable or use a separately disclosed provider. Selecting Myte AI does not remove MYTE's access controls, service records or retention obligations.
Some features are experimental or in beta. By using them you understand that they may change, be rate-limited, or be withdrawn. We may analyze high-level usage patterns and diagnostics to improve reliability and safety, but we do not train proprietary foundation models on your Customer Content.
The service and content (excluding your Customer Content) are owned by Myte Group Inc or its licensors and protected by IP laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Certain features rely on third parties (e.g., Stripe, GitHub, Google OAuth, and AI model providers such as OpenAI). Your use may be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.
We handle Customer Content per the Privacy Policy and reasonable security practices. Do not upload regulated secrets without a separate written agreement.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," including experimental features. AI outputs can be non-deterministic and constrained by model context windows; you should review outputs before relying on them. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law (including in Quebec).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myte Group Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You will defend and indemnify Myte Group Inc against claims arising from your content, misuse, or violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate for cause (violations, security risk, non-payment). Export what you need before account deletion. The current deletion process removes the active account and related content, but is not complete erasure of every record: account and contact archives, transaction, billing, and usage records can remain, as can project or organization work outside that process.
Shared-organization accounts may be blocked from self-service deletion until access and business continuity are handled through the organization's controls or with our help. Deleting your account does not delete the organization or all shared work. Copies held by collaborators and external services are not automatically erased. The Privacy Policy explains retention and how to request deletion of retained records.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts located in Quebec (judicial district of Montreal) will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
We may modify features or these Terms. Material changes will be notified.
